By subscribing to RBN, you agree to use our broadband responsibly and in compliance with local laws. Misuse or illegal activities may result in suspension or termination of service.
2.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
2.3 Payments and Renewals
- All payments are due in advance.
- Delays in payment may lead to service suspension.
- Plan charges are non-refundable once activated.
2.4 Installation and Equipment
Equipment provided (router, ONU, cables, etc.) remains RBN’s property unless purchased. Upon disconnection, users must return devices in good condition.
2.5 Service Availability
While RBN ensures 99% uptime, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, power outages, or force majeure. We work to restore connectivity quickly.
2.6 Prohibited Use
- Illegal downloads or content distribution.
- Spamming, hacking, or attempts to breach network security.
- Reselling or sharing service outside the registered premises.
2.7 Liability Limitation
RBN shall not be liable for data loss or damage arising from external factors beyond control, including third-party failures or natural disasters.
2.8 Modifications
Plan pricing or terms may be updated periodically. All updates are published on our website.

3. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
3.1 Purpose of FUP
RBN’s Fair Usage Policy ensures all users enjoy consistent and reliable internet performance. It prevents excessive or unfair usage that may impact others on the shared network.
3.2 Unlimited Plans
While RBN offers "unlimited" data plans, they are subject to reasonable usage thresholds. These thresholds are designed to maintain network quality for all users.
3.3 Speed Regulation
- If a user exceeds their fair usage threshold (typically 3TB–4TB per month), RBN may reduce speed temporarily during peak hours.
- Speed is restored automatically at the start of the next billing cycle.
3.4 Misuse and Abuse
- Running public servers, hosting websites, or reselling bandwidth without permission violates this policy.
- Continuous high-load applications like torrent seeding or VPN tunnels may trigger throttling or suspension.
3.5 Monitoring and Compliance
RBN monitors aggregate usage patterns to ensure network health. We do not inspect personal data or content but analyze bandwidth consumption trends.
3.6 Review and Update
FUP terms may be updated to match evolving network capacity or technology changes. Updates will be published at https://rajbroadband.com/policy.html.
